List of laws and regulations of the Republic of Tajikistan, based on which the following documents are required.

1. Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 2, 2011, No. 760 "On environmental protection".
2. Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 17, 2004, No. 37 “On the licensing system”, paragraph 2 of Article 9 on financing and payments for issuing permitting documents 1st at least for consideration of the application and 2nd is the minimum indicator for obtaining a conclusion of the state environmental impact assessment.
3. Law of the Republic of Tajikistan dated April 16, 212, No. 818 "On ecological expertise", paragraph 2 of Article 10 on the procedure for conducting state ecological expertise.
4. Law of the Republic of Tajikistan dated July 18, 2017, No. 1448 "On Environmental Impact Assessment", approved by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated November 1, 2018, No. 532, it is necessary to develop and submit material on environmental impact assessment.
5. Law of the Republic of Tajikistan dated May 17, 2004, No. 37 "On the licensing system" Certificate, TIN, extract, etc.
6. Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated December 3, 2012, No. 697 "Procedure for conducting state ecological expertise".
7. Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 1.11. 2018, No. 532 "On the procedure for Environmental Impact Assessment".
