Compliance with the mandatory recommendations of the conclusions of the state ecological expertise on the objects of economic and other activities is controlled by the subordinate bodies of the Committee at the local level.

The economic entities, individuals and legal entities are required to submit an application, project or material on environmental impact assessment, certificate of state registration of a legal entity and an individual entrepreneur, a single taxpayer identification number, the copy of the passport and bank receipts separately for consideration of the application and obtaining an opinion in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on the licensing system, environmental protection, state ecological expertise and environmental impact assessment;
