- Upon request to issue permits for economic entities, state bodies, and citizens to special water use, drilling water wells and the maximum possible water waste in accordance with the requirements of the licensing system legislation and other legislation;
- Provide notification to special water users about obtaining a permit;
- To make a decision on canceling the permit in accordance with the established procedure in case of violation of the conditions of the permit to special water use, drilling of water wells, and the maximum possible water waste.
