Dear colleagues,

February 23 of this year marks the 31st anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, which is considered one of the greatest achievements of State independence.

The Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan were born in the era of the country’s independence, they are entrusted with sacred and honorable tasks to protect sovereignty, ensure peace and stability, protect the security of the state and society, on which the fate of the state and nation depends.

The experience of states following the path of independence shows that any independence needs serious protection. It is for this reason that during the period when the civil war was still going on, in the modern history of the Tajik people, the decision “On the creation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan” was made, which marked the beginning of the creation of the National Army of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The government of the country, despite severe economic and financial problems, from the first days of the creation of the Armed Forces gave priority to reconstruction, infrastructure development, creation of special units, training of local specialists, formation of individual units and supplying them with modern technology, equipment and equipment.

The government of the country has created hundreds of modern facilities for the Armed Forces and provided better conditions for military personnel, using its financial and economic capabilities, taking measures to strengthen the material and technical base of military units, strengthening the country's defense capability and increasing the country's defense capability.

The main factor in the combat potential of the Armed Forces of Tajikistan is the effective work of all government bodies, production sectors, organizations and institutions.

Environmental protection workers are also obliged to ensure state control over nature protection, rational use of the country’s natural resources, in order to ensure the necessary economic and defense potential of the country, our noble people are engaged in the construction and improvement of the country in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility, so that our beloved Motherland, further developed and flourished.

On the eve of the 31st anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Tajikistan, I congratulate all environmental workers, nature users and lovers of the unique nature of our country on this important public holiday.
