A raid on the protection of fish resources was carried out                 

                                          

During the operational joint raid of the environmental authorities of the Asht district in cooperation with the Department of Environmental and Tourist Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Sughd region, an Opel car was detected on the territory of the rural jamoat of Shoboda of the Asht district, traveling from the Orien jamoat to the Kahramon jamoat, in the trunk of which 8 freshly caught fish were found. As a result of the examination, it turned out that citizen Sadikov A. O., a resident of the rural jamoat Orion of the Asht district, was engaged in illegal fishing during the spawning period.

The amount of damage to the environment, according to Annex No. 8 of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 31.12.2014, No. 790, amounted to 5440 somoni. A criminal case has been initiated on this fact by the Prosecutor's office of the Asht district.
