At the regular meeting of the Chairman of the Committee                 

                                          

On October 23 of this year, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, a regular weekly meeting of the Committee was held, at which the activities of departments, departments and centers, scientific institutions and other subordinate structures of the Committee for the period from October 16 to 21, 2023 were discussed. Deputy Head of the Department of Monitoring, Environmental Policy, Hydrometeorology and Cadastre Kosimova Gulbakhor made an analytical report on the issue.

The meeting was also attended by the acting head of the Department of State Control over the Use and Protection of Water Resources Rakhimov Mirsaid with a report on the results of business trips related to the inspection of the ecological condition of water and other objects in certain cities and districts of Sughd region, conducted by representatives of the control departments of the Committee in accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Committee.

At the weekly meeting, the Chairman of the Committee, B. A. Sheralizoda, analyzed the activities of industry bodies, individual executive officials received complaints and were strictly warned for the shortcomings, specific instructions were given to activate their activities.

At the weekly meeting of the Chairman of the Committee, an appropriate decision was made taking into account these instructions and the proposals made.
