Carrying out actions "Cleanliness of the area" and "Cleanliness of the road" in the Sughd region                 

                                          

In order to improve the ecological situation of the environment, prepare for the celebration of the 32nd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, in order to expand construction and landscaping work, constantly keep them clean and tidy, improve the ecological situation along roads and highways on the scale of the Sughd region, actions were carried out " Cleanliness of the area” and “Cleanliness of the road”. More than 10,000 residents of settlements, employees of enterprises, organizations and institutions took an active part in these actions, which started in accordance with the action plan approved by environmental authorities.

During the actions, the territories of settlements, including ditches, along roads and highways, were cleared of various debris and dry grass.

As a result, 109.5 cubic meters of waste were transported to official landfills by special public transport.
