Celebration of International Environment Day in the city of Hisor                   

                                          

In pursuance of the order of the Chairman of the Committee and the resolution of the Chairman of the city of Gissar on the celebration of the International Environment Day on June 5 this year in the presence of the Deputy Chairman of the city of Yuldoshzod Bunafsh, with the participation of activists and residents, departments of education, culture, jamoats of the town and villages of the city, enterprises and educational institutions of the city the building of the museum and the Palace of Culture of the city of Gissar held an event with the organization of a corner of wildlife.

In honor of the International Environment Day, the awards were presented by the Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to the winners of the competition on the topic “Protection of the glaciers of Tajikistan - a factor in the greening of cities and villages of the country” among students of educational institutions of the city in 6 nominations: “Best picture”, “ Best Poetry”, “Best Story”, “Best Video”. At the republican level, 4 students received a diploma of the 3rd degree, 15 students who won first places were awarded gifts and awards from the department of environmental protection in the city of Gissar. Also, 6 veterans of the sphere and 22 employees of the department, directors of colleges and lyceums, chairmen of the jamoats of the town and villages were awarded diplomas for their active participation and contribution to the improvement of the city and environmental protection in honor of the International Day for Environmental Protection.
