"Clean Air" campaign in the city of Penjikent

In accordance with the work plan, in order to reduce the leakage of harmful substances into the atmospheric air, employees of the environmental protection sector in the city of Penjikent, in cooperation with employees of the Department of Environmental Protection and Tourism of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Zerafshan Valley on the Ayni - Penjikent highway, the Chinor rural jamoat, carried out the "Clean Air" inspection.

During this inspection, 30 cars of different brands were tested. To determine the amount of pollutants released into the atmosphere as a result of fuel combustion. During the inspection, a protocol was drawn up on administrative offenses against drivers of one vehicle that violated state standards and emitted excessive amounts of pollutants (CO) into the atmosphere, and sent to the city traffic police for action.
