Combating salinization of flowers                                         

The executive authority of the Firdavsi district, according to the relevant decision of the Chairman of the City of Dushanbe, planned to plant 2,232,160 flowers in autumn 2022 and spring 2023, of which 1,078,160 seasonal flowers, 1,000,000 perennial flowers and 254,000 tulips.

According to available information, to date, 1,089,081 seasonal and perennial flowers and tulips have been planted on boulevards and avenues, gardens of culture and recreation, organizations, institutions, departments, mahallas.

In accordance with the instructions of the Executive Body of the State Authority of the city of Dushanbe and in order to combat salinization of flowers and protect against all insectivorous diseases, with the support of the Executive Body of the State Authority of the Firdavsi district, the alley and cultural parks in the Firdavsi district were chemically treated by Favz.

According to the Department of Environmental Protection in the Firdavsi district, in cooperation with the disinfection company “Favz”, chemical processing of flowers and shrubs continues in other areas, alleys and avenues of the district.
