Conference dedicated to the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028"                   

                                          

On May 4 of this year, according to the work plan of the Department of Environmental Protection in the Kulyab region, a scientific and theoretical conference dedicated to the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028" was held at secondary school No. 50 named after Ashur Safar with the participation of teachers and students of the city of Kulyab.

At the beginning, the director of the institution spoke, and the students showed educational skits about the pollution of streams and running waters of the place of residence. Then the chief specialist of the environmental protection department of the city of Kulyab made a presentation on the topic “Rivers of Tajikistan” and student institutions on the topics “Water objects of the Republic of Tajikistan” and “Protection of glaciers”, which interested the conference participants.

During the event, booklets about the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028" were distributed to the participants. The head of the Department of Environmental Protection in the Kulyab region awarded the head of the institution and active students.
