Confirmation of the plan for planting seedlings and flowers in Dushanbe                                                               

According to the Main Department of Environmental Protection of the city of Dushanbe, on the basis of the relevant resolution of the Chairman of the city of Dushanbe dated June 6, 2022 No. 275 “On approval of the Action Plan for planting trees and landscaping in the period of autumn 2022 and spring 2023 in the city of Dushanbe”, work has begun in this direction.

According to the approved plan, in the autumn of 2022 and in the spring of 2023, 193,499 trees will be planted in the metropolitan areas, including 54,868 shady trees, 61,947 ornamental trees, 13,061 shrubs, and 63,623 fruit trees.

In order to plant greenery, improve and preserve the alleys of avenues and parks of culture and recreation, 13,147,315 flowers will be planted in the autumn-spring period, of which 6,761,700 are seasonal flowers, 4,233,985 perennial flowers, and 2,151,630 tulips.

For the purpose of greening the environment, lawns are grown in special areas with an area of ​​98,199.2 m².
