Control measures in Bobojon Gafurov district                 

                                          

As a result of the control measures carried out by the specialists of the Department of State Control over the Use and Protection of Water Resources of the Main Directorate of B. Gafurov district, unauthorized placement of fishing tours near the shore of the reservoir of the Tajik Sea was revealed by Musayev Abdusamad, assistant to the fisherman of Tamini Mohi JSC.

This action entailed pollution of water sources, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against the violator under article 177 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.

A document was also drawn up and proposals were made for their mandatory implementation in order to prevent the recurrence of such violations in the future.
