According to the work plan of environmental protection bodies, during control raids conducted by specialists of the Department of State Control over the Use and Protection of Public Mineral Lands and Waste Management of the Main Department of Environmental Protection in the Sughd region in B.Gafurovsky district, unauthorized extraction and use of minerals without the permission of the relevant authorities was discovered in the Ismail rural jamoat, natural stone by the driver of the ZIL-MMZ car, registration number FOR 1842 KM02 Khudoinazarov F.Yu.

As a result of the discovered fact, a protocol was drawn up under article 238 of the Code of Administrative Offences and sent to the Department of Environmental Protection in the area of B.Gafurov for consideration.
