Control raids in the Spitamen district                 

                                          

In order to control and regulate the disposal of consumer waste, to prevent the disposal of waste in unorganized places, especially in water sources, environmental protection officials regularly carry out control measures in cities and districts of the region.

In the course of such a control operation, employees of the environmental protection sector in the Spitamen district found that residents of the Spitamen district Atabey Mirali and Khodjamatov Maksujan illegally dumped construction debris on the side of the street.

The violators were found guilty under Article 232 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan, as they did not comply with the requirements of Articles 44, 53 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Environmental Protection”.
