According to the work plan of the environmental protection sector and in order to protect and preserve the flora, the employees of the environmental protection sector carried out control activities in the Maschokhsky district.

As a result, unauthorized picking of mushrooms in the forestry of the Sughd region was revealed. According to Article 223 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and Article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Environmental Protection”, in relation to the violator - Kholzhigitov Yerzhigit, a resident of the Mastchokh district, the rural jamot of Navbakhor, the village of Sangchashma, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up, on the basis of which measures will be taken on administrative collection.
