Control work in Zafarabad district                 

According to the plan approved by the regional Department of Environmental Protection, environmental measures were carried out in the Zafarabad district.

During the operation, employees of the Department of State control over the use and protection of atmospheric air of the Main Directorate revealed the burning of garbage in the open air by a citizen of the district Haidarkulov S.

According to the requirements of Articles 44 and 59 of the RT Law "On Environmental Protection", a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up against the violator.
