On television in the Sughd region, specialists from the Main Department of Environmental Protection took part in the program "Live Conversation" and spoke on the topic of state control of environmental protection and improving environmental awareness of the population. 

During the live broadcast, the audience was provided with brief information on the above topic. In particular, on the adopted regulatory legal acts in the field of education and upbringing of environmental knowledge, laws in the field of environmental protection, the state of compliance with legislation in the region, the implementation of measures for the rational use and protection of water resources, the state of state control in the direction of waste management in the region and its use for the elimination of orphan waste, assessing the development of the fishery complex and protecting the fish resources of the region, preventing cases of illegal fishing, assisting the environmental authorities in the campaign for greening and cooperating with the public in providing information on cases of violation of legal requirements by specialists from the main department and at the same time, specific answers were given to questions sent to the studio.
