In order to improve certain areas of the capital by planting trees, shrubs, flowers and greenery in accordance with agricultural technical requirements, based on the decision of the President of the city of Dushanbe «On approval of the action plan for planting trees and landscaping in the season of autumn 2022 and spring 2023 in the city of Dushanbe» on the alleys and in the cultural and entertainment parks of the capital planned to plant 13147,315 pieces of seasonal and perennial flowers and tulips.

According to the above-mentioned decision, 15,947 307 flowers have been planted in the districts of the capital, including 7,214,631 seasonal flowers, 3,031,759 perennial flowers and 5,700,917 tulips.

According to the instructions of the Executive Body of the City of Dushanbe, in order to green and improve the capital, to celebrate at the appropriate level the 32nd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan on the streets of the alleys, In Dushanbe, 1 million cultural and recreational parks have been established. 800,000 pieces of seasonal flowers, which really added to the beauty of the city, and the alleys and avenues became attractive.

It should be emphasized that for the purpose of supplying streets and avenues, as well as gardens and alleys with fresh decorative flowers, according to the instructions of the Executive Body of State Authority of the city of Dushanbe, on the territory of the SUE «Sabzkori» in Dushanbe, with the help of specialists, they use modern methods of growing flowers and at certain times they are planted in alleys and alleys.
