Environmental campaigns on the territory of Sughd region

                                                                

During the week, with the onset of favorable weather, 10 environmental campaigns were held in the district, initiated by employees of environmental protection departments. In the cities and districts of Penjikent, Isfara, Kanibadam, Istaravshan, Guliston, Istiklal, B. Gafurov, J. Rasulov, Asht and in Spitamen, the campaigns "Clean Area" and "Clean Coast" were held with the participation of 2.9 thousand people. representatives of institutions and organizations, enterprises and citizens who worked on landscaping, elimination of various wastes, rivers - 3.5 km, roads - 7.9 km and banks - 1.3 km, as well as waste disposal to landfills in the amount of 18.7 cubic meters.

In the J. Rasulov district, the campaign “Clean Coast was held, during which, with the help of special equipment, the territory of Tomchisoy was completely cleared of waste.
