Environmental competition among schoolchildren "We are lovers of nature" has ended                                     

The city competition "We are nature lovers" was completed in the preschool educational institution No. 1 of Khujand city with the participation of the head of the environmental protection department Aziz Gufrozoda and the director of the education department of Khujand city Abdurrahmon Sharifov.

It is worth noting that the competition "We are nature lovers" was held by the environmental protection department of the city to publicize the essence and essence of the International Decade of Action "Water for Sustainable Development", and its main goal is to increase the level of the well-being of nature, environmental literacy of students of institutions is preschool education.

In order to participate in the competition, pupils of all preschool educational institutions presented their creations based on the announced nominations.

After training and consideration of the jury, 32 students of preschool educational institutions were recognized as winners from among the participants and were awarded with gifts and certificates of appreciation.

It was also mentioned that this competition is part of the implementation of the "Complex State Program for the Development of Education and Enlightenment of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan for the years 2021-2025" for the purpose of environmental education and awareness, showing a caring and respectful attitude towards the environment, forming the desire for sustainable development, observance of ethical standards in the process of dealing with nature and using nature, promotion of environmental goals, understanding of the importance of environmental education as a humanitarian and social component of preschool education.
