Environmental events in Hissar, dedicated to International Day of the Earth

At the initiative of the environmental protection department in the city of Hissar on the implementation of the instructions of the Committee on Environmental Protection a number of activities were carried out in the city of Hissar. More than 500 employees of various professions, students of educational institutions and patriotic citizens took an active part in the events.

In the course of the event, participants held campaigns "Clean the area", "Clean the coast", "Clean the road" and planted trees.

More than 6 km of roadsides, banks of rivers and streams, near administrative buildings and settlements were cleaned of waste, as a result of which 10 m3 of waste were collected and taken to the official landfill.

In another part of the event, more than 15,000 seedlings of seasonal flowers were planted.
