Implementation of state control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation in force in this area

                                                                

Carrying out urgent measures for state control over compliance with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of environmental protection is one of the main activities of the Main Directorate for Environmental Protection in the Sughd region.

In the course of work in the city of Khujand on the placement of waste in informal places, two citizens, Turdimurotov A., a resident of microdistrict 34 and Rakhmatov I., a resident of the jamoat Yova B. Gafurov district, were charged, protocols were also drawn up in accordance with Article 232 of the Code of the Republic of Tajikistan on administrative offences.

A resident of the 18th microdistrict of the city of Khujand, Khojiev F., was detained while burning garbage and a protocol was drawn up against him under Article 231 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.

With this type of offense - burning garbage in the district of J. Rasulov, a resident of the village of Dehmoy Zukhurov I. was drawn up a protocol on an administrative offense.

In the Spitamen district, inspectors from the main department and the department of environmental protection carried out urgent measures against two citizens - Bekmurzoev S., a resident of the village of Langari, Jamoat Togoyak, and Ochilov R., a resident of the Devashtich district, for washing vehicles in the wrong places and polluting water sources with substances, in relation to which a protocol was drawn up under Article 177 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.

At the same time, during the execution of the control, explanatory work was carried out among the population of the village of Rogun, Jamoat Togoyak, Spitamen district.
