Installation of plastic urns in Ayni district                  

                  

In order to preserve the environment clean and prosperous, to increase the level of environmental literacy of the population, 8 pieces of special boxes for plastic containers are installed at the entrance to the Ayni district, central streets, including near the central hospital, the Palace of Culture, near the building of the Executive Body of state power and other bodies of the district on the bypass of the Dushanbe-Chanok highway.

This action was launched on behalf of the Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan by the environmental protection sector in the Ayni district. In the near future, such boxes are planned to be installed in other cities and districts of the region.

Also, an information board has been installed on the central street of the district in order to increase the level of environmental awareness of the population, promote the 5th initiative of the Republic of Tajikistan to declare 2025 the "International Year of Glacier Protection".
