Meeting of the representative of the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan with the staff of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan                

                           

On May 25 of this year, in order to clarify the essence and ensure compliance with the requirements of the paragraphs of the action plan "State Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2030", the Chief Inspector of the Anti-Corruption Department of the Agency for State Financial Control and Anti-Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan Nosiri Alisher met with the staff of the Committee in the conference hall of the central office of the Committee.

The meeting was opened with an introductory speech by the Deputy Chairman of the Committee Mavlodod A. M., who noted that in the control and propaganda work in branch bodies, certain persons should conduct explanatory work between responsible and senior employees who are responsible for the implementation of anti-corruption tasks.

Then the Chief Inspector of the Anti-Corruption Department of the Agency made a report on the essence, key directions and implementation of the action plan of this strategy, prevention of actions of a corrupt nature in the activities of civil servants, its impact on the process of socio-economic development, increasing the level of anti-corruption education of the population, noting, that civil servants must act within the framework of legislation and implement this strategy in accordance with articles 23 and 25 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Combating Corruption" on the use of financial, material and technical resources, transport and other state or public resources and official information for non-linear purposes, must comply with the prohibition of an authorized person and a person equated to him to the commission of such offenses related to corruption.

At the end of the meeting, the Committee staff asked various questions on the topic, and received specific answers to them.
