Operation "Clean Air" in Asht district               

In order to reduce emissions of harmful substances in the air, the specialists of the Main Department and its subdivisions in cooperation with the staff of the department of ecological police and tourism of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Tajikistan in the region conducted an operation "Clean Air".

The operation was conducted in rural Jamoat of Mehrobod Asht district, on the highway Khujand - Mehrobod, where as a result of analytical inspection 38 vehicles of different brands emitted pollutants into the atmospheric air.

For violation of the norms of state standards and excessive emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air against 4 drivers were drawn up protocols of administrative offenses, which were sent to the district department of the traffic police for action.
