Operation "Clean Air" in Kanibadam city               

According to the work plan of environmental protection bodies of the region, in order to reduce the emission of harmful substances into the atmospheric air, employees of the department of environmental monitoring, analytics and information of the Main Department conducted an operation "Clean Air" on the highway Khujand - Kanibadam.

During the raid, 25 cars of various brands were checked and pollutant emissions to the atmosphere were determined as a result of burning fuel (diesel fuel, gasoline and liquefied gas).

Administrative cases were initiated against the drivers of 3 vehicles for violating state standards and emitting excessive amounts of pollutants into the atmosphere. In this case, a protocol was drawn up and sent to the State Automobile Inspection of the city for action.
