Participation of representatives of environmental protection authorities in thematic panels                                  

Within the framework of the Second High-level International Conference on the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028", which was held from June 6 to June 2022 in Dushanbe, the leadership and experts of environmental protection authorities participated and spoke at meetings, forums and thematic panels.

In particular, on June 8, employees of industry bodies spoke at thematic panels, peripheral events and interactive panels, which were devoted to the topics “Activation of actions and partnerships in the field of water resources at the local, national, regional and global levels”, "Increasing the sustainability of water resources in urban and rural areas”, "Strengthening the link between water and health, as a response to global challenges after COVID-19”, "Promotion of natural solutions to problems of water resources, water quality and ecosystems”, "Acceleration of access to safe drinking water conditions, sanitation and hygiene, leaving no one aside”, "Transboundary cooperation in the field of water”, Sustainable development and disaster risk reduction”, "Effects of climate change on water resources in Central Asia”, “Water resources and climate: strengthening solidarity", "Going beyond water and promoting integration in all directions", "Promotion of science-based solutions in the field of water, tools and technologies" in the complex "Kokhi Somon".  Specialized specialists of the republic took an active part in the discussion of these topics.
