Participation of the Chairman of the Committee in the campaign on planting seedlings                                                   

On January 7 of this year, 600 pine saplings were planted on the territory of Luchob of the Sino district of the city of Dushanbe with the participation of Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Sheralizoda Bahodur and employees of the Main Department of Environmental Protection in the city of Dushanbe and subordinate bodies of the Executive Body of the State Authority of the Sino district of the city of Dushanbe.

It should be noted that in accordance with the plan approved by the Executive Body of the State Authority of the city of Dushanbe, in the season of gardening and planting trees in autumn 2022 and spring 2023 on the territory of the State Institution “Victory Park and Forest Conservation”, Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has planned to plant 4715 seedlings of pine trees. Planting of seedlings will be carried out before the end of the growing season in full according to the plan.

 The Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decided to additionally plant ornamental seedlings in the amount of 2000 bushes on the hills of Luchob, Obshoron, Guldara.

It should be noted that according to the instructions of the Chairman of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, in 2021-2022, ornamental trees were planted in the cultural and entertainment parks "Youth Park", "Youth Lake", "Khayom Park" and in the slopes of Sari Osiye and Luchob, which are currently in good growth.

Recall that the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was one of the first to support the initiative of the Chairman of the City of Dushanbe, Mr. Rustami Emomali, to turn Dushanbe into a “Green City” and played an important role in the development and prosperity of the capital.
