Scientific and theoretical conference on the topic "Protection of glaciers"

In order to increase the level of environmental education of the population, as well as in the implementation of the Action Plan dedicated to the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development", 2018-2028, a scientific and theoretical conference on the topic "Protection of glaciers" was held at the secondary school No. 53 in the city of Kulyab.

Specialists of the Department of Environmental Protection in the Kulyab zone took part and spoke at this event.

During the event, students of the institution read poems about the importance of water, cleanliness, and performances on the water theme were also shown.

At the end of the conference, booklets about glaciers were presented to the participants, and certificates of honor from the Environmental Protection Administration in the Kulyab zone were presented to active teachers and students.
