The results of the semi-annual progress of the Main Department of Environmental Protection in the Khatlon region                                                       

On July 4 of this year, in the hall of the Main Department of Water and Land Management of the region, with the participation of the First Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Qiyomzoda Zarafo Sufijon, an expanded meeting of the Main Department dedicated to the results of the first half of 2022, which was attended by employees of the Main Department of Environmental Protection, its departments and divisions in cities and districts of Khatlon region.

The head of the Main Department of the Musozod Shodi made a report on the results of the semi-annual activities of the Main Department and its sectors and departments in the cities and districts of the region. In particular, it was noted that during the six months of this year, 1,908 inspections were carried out in the region, including 95 scheduled inspections and 1,813 state control raids, out of 3,593 proposals to eliminate deficiencies and improve the environmental condition of the inspected facilities, 2,798 were carried out.

During the meeting, the heads of departments and sectors of environmental protection of the cities and districts of Nurek, Bokhtar, Kulyab, Vose, Khorasan and Dusti made reports on their six-month activities.

Based on the results of the activities of the Main Department of Environmental Protection of the Khatlon region and its sectors and departments in cities and districts for the first half of 2022, First Deputy Chairman Qiemzoda Z. S. spoke and gave specific instructions and instructions for the timely performance of mandatory official duties and the elimination of existing shortcomings.
