The visit of the delegation of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Ecology and Environmental Protection to the Republic of Tajikistan has completed

From 4 to 11 May this year, a delegation of the State Committee on Ecology and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan visited the Republic of Tajikistan as part of a return visit. 

Within the framework of the planned events, the delegation of the relevant department of the fraternal state held a number of meetings and visits, including a meeting with the Chairman of the Committee on Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Sheralizoda Bahodur Ahmadjon. 

Also, in order to exchange experience, a number of trips were organized to the Romit Biosphere Reserve, Dashti Jum State Reserve and Tigrovaya Balka. The guests were provided with detailed information about the activities of the above organizations by the management and staff of these institutions. 

In particular, a number of presentations were made to the guests and meetings were held with the main subordinate institutions of the Committee. 

As part of the final events, the parties noted the need to deepen cooperation in the field of ecology, biodiversity and environmental protection.

As part of the cultural program, guests from the Republic of Uzbekistan visited some of the sights of our beloved capital, Dushanbe, including the Iram Garden of Dushanbe, the Kokhi Navruz complex and the National Museum of Tajikistan.
